CS Lite is a Firefox extension that will allow you to easily control cookie permissions. It can be accessed from the statusbar, a toolbar button, or the context menu. Just click on the icon to allow, block, or temporarily allow the site to set cookies. You can also view, clear or edit the cookies and exceptions by right clicking on the cs lite icon. For safer browsing you may choose to deny cookies globally and then enable them on a per site basis.

You can also download a blocklist that contains a list of untrusted hosts that you may choose to import into FF and block. The blocklist can be configured to automatically update or can be updated manually. This is a lighter, scaled down version of CookieSafe. It contains less features, but is considerably easier to use. The extension has been completely recoded from top to bottom making this the most stable version to date.
Control which websites have permission to set cookies.

Requirements:

· Firefox: 2.0 – 3.0b2

What’s New in This Release:

· Updated zh-CN locale
· Fixed compatibility issue with Thunderbrowse
· Added full support for Thunderbird v2. This feature requires a sqlite database to be read/write accessible in your TB profile folder. If you encounter any problems in TB2 check the cshostperm.sqlite file and make sure it’s properties are listed as read/write. If you can’t find that file in your profile folder you can manually extract it from the xpi file available at the link below.
· Temp cookies will now be set to expire at the end of the session.
· Temp exceptions will now be listed as Session in the ‘view exceptions’ window
· Popup menus will now be generated dynamically instead of coding them in the overlay. This fixes a bug where the icons on the left click menu would not update after changing skins until the mouse cursor hovered over them.
· Edit cookies feature was added. This window replaces the ‘create cookie’ window. However you can still add new cookies from the edit cookies window by entering the new cookie data and pressing add. If you only use that window for creating new cookies you can also choose to hide the cookies tree.
